Specialists are doctors who have advanced training and degrees in a particular branch of medicine, such as heart health or bone health. We have a variety of in-house specialists for your convenience that works in coordination with your PCP.
A specialist will diagnose and treat the cause of your pain and will help you to achieve a better quality of life with reduced or no pain. This specialist will see you in our centers and work in coordination with your PCP.
Specialist in cardiovascular diseases that work in our centers and provide heart and vascular care treatments in coordination with your PCP.
A specialist that will help you with your eye exam and selecting your proper set of lenses. This service is provided in our centers, including a variety of lenses for you to select from.
Courtesy transportation to you from your home to our clinics to see the doctor, and from your home to see any specialist that your PCP may refer you to. Our trained and courteous drives are always ready for your medical transportation needs.
Activity designed to promote social well-being. The services provided by the social worker depending on the needs of the patient. The social worker acts as an advocate to secure the patient's rights, directly counsels the patient and the patient's family, and refers the patient to other social agencies, community resources, or facilities that can meet the patient's immediate and long-term needs. We have social workers available in our centers to assist you with all your social service needs.
A full licensed adult day care services for patients that may qualify. Your PCP will determine if you may benefit from this service and will coordinate for you to receive it. Our adult day cares are conveniently located alongside our medical clinics for your convenience and comfort.
The massage therapist manipulates your skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. In massage therapy, a trained, certified medical professional (massage therapist) manipulates the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and skin. You will have access to this service in our centers.
Basic X-Ray services are available in our centers and imaging results are directly reported to your PCP.
You will enjoy a 24/7 on-call service to connect with your PCP and members of his/her team. For emergencies, always call 911.
A full array of laboratory tests is available in our centers and test results are directly reported to your PCP.
