About the Role

Peñate Medical Centers is seeking a compassionate person who can assist with day to day operations of our center. Keeping patients care plans and files up to date and helping staff maintain a good environment for all of our clients.

Must have previous management experience and Client management or healthcare background.


Have a sympathetic attitude toward the participants
CNA is preferred but not required.
Ability to carry out written and verbal directions read and write.
Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
High School Diploma or GED.

Understands and adheres to all applicable regulations, standards, and state, and local laws and established Facility policies and procedures.
Ability to supervise, guide and develop participants personnel skills and performances.
Consults with upper management in determining a staffing pattern which will accomplish stated objectives and promote a maximum level of utilization of participant care personnel.
Responsible for acting as the backup for orientation of new participants and their authorized representative
Assists in the planning and consultative needs of staff.
Assists in the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures which meet state and local laws.
Displays a willingness to support policies and procedures and uses appropriate channels for changes of such policies.
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all participant related information.
Accepts responsibility for regular attendance and punctuality; fulfills job related requirements
Serves as a resource person to employees.
Develops a cooperative relationship and communicates effectively and professionally
Investigates and reports any problem relating to participant care and/or employee well-being.
Immediately reports any accident, incident, lost articles or unusual occurrence to upper management.
Attends pertinent continuing education programs other than routine in-services and shares information with staff.

Assists with the development, implementation and evaluation of participant plans of care.
Assists upper management in conducting participant care conferences, staff meetings and maintains documentation.
Must be able to perform staffing duties in times of staff shortage.
Ensures that documentation is completed in accordance with Facility policy.
Other duties as assigned by upper managment.

About the Company

Our Medical Centers have been servicing the Miami Area Community for over 12 years. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with multiple locations. The office is closed on major holidays. Our practices are situated in high-traffic locations.***This position is for an Adult Care Facility and will require you to obtain certifications and training before beginning your employment, which will be reimbursed at the end of the 90 day trial period. ***
